All products supplied by Power Peptides are unlicensed research chemicals supplied strictly for:

• educational or training purposes.

Products must not be used for:

• human consumption under any circumstances,
• veterinary or animal use,
• diagnostic procedures or clinical testing,
• medical, cosmetic or therapeutic treatments,
• performance enhancement, or
• any in vivo application.

Misuse of products may breach UK law. Power Peptides assumes no liability for any consequences arising from improper or unauthorised use, handling or application of its products.

3. Product Information & COAs

Products are supplied as research chemicals only. No medical, therapeutic, cosmetic or performance claims are made or implied. Any Certificates of Analysis (COAs) or lab reports are provided solely for research verification and quality control purposes. Product appearance, form and measured purity may vary slightly between batches.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order with Power Peptides, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your basket at the prices shown. An automated order confirmation email will acknowledge receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time, for example if payment is not authorised, if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, or if there is a material error in pricing or product description.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). We accept major UK payment methods including, but not limited to:

• Visa and Mastercard,
• Stripe,
• PayPal,
• Apple Pay, and
• Google Pay.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. UK-Only Shipping

Power Peptides ships orders within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded. Any attempt to forward products to other jurisdictions is at your own risk and responsibility.

7. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and are estimates only.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier or Royal Mail, delivery is outside of our direct control. Power Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier networks, industrial action, weather events or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we are unable to accept returns of any opened or unsealed products, or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

We may accept returns where:

• the wrong item has been supplied,
• the product arrives damaged, or
• the vial or container is defective or leaking.

In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We may ask you to return the affected product for inspection. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the item has been assessed.

9. Product Handling & Safety

You are solely responsible for:

• ensuring that products are handled by competent, appropriately trained individuals,
• storing products in suitable laboratory conditions,
• complying with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines relating to research chemicals, and
• conducting appropriate risk assessments before use.

Power Peptides does not accept responsibility for any harm, injury, loss or damage arising from unsafe handling, improper storage or unauthorised use of products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, Power Peptides shall not be liable for:

• any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage,
• loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data, or
• any loss arising from misuse, misapplication or unauthorised use of products.

Power Peptides provides products on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

11. Website Use & Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity carried out under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

All branding, text, graphics, logos, icons, images and other content on this website are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written consent.
